Please help about follie scan
I had an u/s on CD10 I had 2 dominant follies, 11 and 9mm. I went back today, CD12 and I have one 10mm and two 9mm follies. I have EWCM and I know I'm going to O soon because my body never stalls. Is there anything they can do to make them mature more. The reason I'm taking clomid is because it was suspected I was ovulating immature eggs. Please help! My doctor is going to call in the morning when he reviews the scan. He isn't supposed to be in all week and this will be the second time he goes in for me. Isn't he sweet?

Re: Please help about follie scan
over on the IVF board, I've heard of ladies being given an injectible to stall O. I notice it's been a couple of days since you posted. Do you mind sharing what happen?

Re: Please help about follie scan
There are several meds used for ivf that prevent ovulation. I always used Synarel with ivf, but Lupron is another one I'm aware of. I think there's another that's a one time shot, but I'm not 100% certain.
I'm not sure that any of those meds would work with Clomid. My guess is no since your body would still need more meds to make them mature.

Re: Please help about follie scan
Thanks ladies. My doctor said I won't ovulate this cycle. I haven't gotten a +opk so maybe he is right. I went from half the darkness on CD12 a light line on CD13 and no line on CD14.

Re: Please help about follie scan
I was on Lupren (Sp?) when I was on clomid because I would O early. I was also on it when I was on Injectables as well. I would release eggs when they were at like 12mm. So yes you can take Lupren when you are on Clomid.

Re: Please help about follie scan
That's interesting. I never would have ovulated though. I guess it would depend on one's response.

Re: Please help about follie scan
Thanks for the advise ladies! I think I may have ovulated but I won't know for sure until after a day 21 progesterone test. I'm worried that the follies were not matured enough. I didn't know you can take something for that. My doctor wants my lap to be done before he tries something else. I have no clue what he wants to do though.
