Icon4 Old timer

Hey I used to post here all the time... Just been lurking for a while.. But i need help. Hubby is in Iraq and only 23 days till hubby comes home for two weeks. AF is right on time with it starting tomorrow I think. (pink discahrge) I have a 40 day cycle. That puts my most fertile days the 30 - 5th July. This seems too good to be true that he would come from Iraq at such perfect timing. Ladies gather all the babydust you can spare...This time it may be for real. With CY day 1 approching I need all the advice, remidies, wives tales, and things that just work. I need help deciding if I should take the Clomid as it amy shorten my cycle therfore missing the chance. I know I am babbling but this seems right. It seems like maybe this time it could happen. It just feels different. So bring it all on.. I need it this month...

Jorlanditha - I bet you are sooo excited to see dh!!!! I wish I knew some advice to give you but I'm just not sure. If Clomid will move up your cycle then you may just try naturally so that you will at least be fertile during the time he is in. Best of luck to you!!!!!!

I can only imagine how excited you must be! Have you been taking clomid or are thinking about just starting now? If you're due to O on your own around that time, then maybe you should just go for it naturally? I can't say for sure but if you haven't been taking clomid then it might take a while for your body to adjust to the change. I really have no idea, though. Either way, good luck and happy baby makin'!

Congrats on your hubby being home soon. I can't imagine how hard that must be! I think I would go for it naturally. You could also do clomid next cycle if you don't catch it this round. But, hopefully that won't be the case and you will get a bfp this month. That would be wonderful!

I wan on Clomid for 3 months before he deployed.... Now he is coming home and all seems to be well for those 2 weeks. My calender says O should be the 30th - the 5th. He will be here the 28th. I started my Prenatals today. I am skipping the Clomid. I really hope this is it. Last night he called me and said he had a funny feeling that he would be a daddy soon... I hope he is right.
