We have been ttc for 2 years now and never got pregnant until my first round of Clomid in January, but i had a miscarriage at 6.5 weeks. i just started my second round of Clomid this week, today is the last day i take the pills. I'm just wondering if anyone had luck on their second round of clomid after having a miscarriage? i'm just worried about having another miscarriage, it was so disappointing, but good that i found out its possible to get pregnant at least.

Amanda28, I have a success story for you. This is my first time posting - anywhere - so I really don't know what I'm doing. I hope I do it right. LOL
Anyway, In 2005, I was put on Clomid for the first time and got pregnant right away. But, like you, I miscarried at about 5 weeks. I was devastated, and scared to try again. But my RE said to wait one cycle and we'd try again. Well, the very next cycle I used Clomid, I got pregnant again and now have a BEAUTIFUL little 2 year old boy to prove it can happen. I hope it makes you feel better, because I know all about the fears. I am now getting ready to start Clomid again, so I hope it works as well as before, only without the miscarriage of course. Oh that is great to hear that it worked again on the second round. I"m nervous as well. lol

I start checking for ovulation tomorrow, i'm really hoping it goes well. Clomid is hard on my system. i get hot flashes, emotional outbursts and weird vision at night with tracers, so i'm hoping this is my last round and i'm sure my husband is too!! ha ha

Even though I have only taken Clomid twice, I am nervous to start again because of the reactions I had. I have the most awful moodiness. Nobody wants to be around me. It's terrible, but then I look at my 2 year old and it's worth everybit of it. I start my Clomid in 5 days. I pray it works fast.

Yes i hate the evil modes i get into. lol My poor husband puts up with a lot. This morning i was mad cause he woke me up and I'm never like that. i had to apologize to him. ha ha .

I just hope it works this month!! I dont like the way it make me feel at all.

I am scared to be hopeful, but according to my chart, I am 16 dpo and still haven't started yet. And my temps are still up. Wow, what a miracle that would be!!! But I'm probably just going to be a few days late, I just wish it would come if it's going to so I can start the clomid and get those 5 days over with. This is all so frustrating. I promised myself and my husband I wouldn't obsess over it like I did with my last one, but I can't help it. I'm already starting to question every little thing I feel. Sorry, I'm rambling. I don't know what's wrong with me today.

You sound like me!!! when i was pregnant, i was totally in denial about it. Because we are so used to being disappointed every month. I'm the same way, i always feel that i am constantly thinking about it, the day of the month, when my last period was, when will i ovulate. Its insane

I just took my ovulation test last night and it came out positive so i should be ovulating today. woo whoo. I seem to ovulate 4 days after my last clomid pill, i wonder if that is normal?

I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you and hopefully you wont have to start clomid this month!!!

According to fertilityfriend, I am 17dpo today. Temps are still up and breasts are VERY tender. I had cramping and spotting yesterday and the day before, but now it's all gone. As of 2 days ago I had a negative hpt. I am too scared to test again.
How are you doing? Mood swings kicked in full gear yet?
