Hello ladies! I used to post on SK when my son was first born and we made the switch from ezboard. Then, the women I was posting with moved to a private board, and I just stayed there. However, I'm finally coming back to SK out of lurking because I'd love to get some information and share support with all of you. DH and I have been TTC for months. Finally, in October, I called my OB/Gyn. I haven't had my period on my own in over a year. I take Provera to get it every other month. Anyhow, just over the phone, the ObGyn asked if I wanted to try Clomid. I took Provera for a week and got my period on October 30th. I took 50mg Clomid days 5-9 and DTD a LOT the following two weeks. At least every other day... Anyhow, it's now December 12th, and still no AF and a LOT of BFNs. I don't know what the deal is. I call the Dr. tomorrow and see if he wants to do Provera and a stronger Clomid dose, or if he actually wants to SEE me and run some blood work.
Alright, thanks for reading my novel. I don't know why I'm sharing so much in a public place. Thanks in advance for any help you may have. I look forward to getting to know you guys better and hopefully offer some advice or support as well.

hi jodie! you should join us on the chatty thread. you'll get TONS of advice and support there! did you do opk's to find out if you o'd on the clomid? will your doc be doing cd21 b/w to check p4? that level will tell you if you o'd. have you ever been tested for pcos? sorry i'm asking so many questions. ethan is such a little man! very cute. i hope you get some answers soon!

I didn't do the OPK with my first round. I know, silly me. I will be doing it for sure next time. To be honest, I don't think I even O'd. My Dr. must not be too thorough because he hasn't run ANY tests. I had a problem with my thyroid in the past, but since it's okay now, he hasn't done anymore testing. We'll see what happens when he calls me later. Thanks for the response. I thought I might be intruding on a close group or something with no replies! Thanks again!
