Hello everyone!
Well, today is CD 11 for me... I took 100 mg clomid CD 5-9... I had a sonohysterography today, and she said I have one large follicle on the right side, and also another follicle on the left side. (And good news, my tubes aren't blocked, woo!)
I was just wondering if anyone has any info on follicles... is that a good number to have, two? Does that mean I'll be releasing two eggs? Sorry if these are dumb questions! I also started my OPK today... already the line is as dark as the control line... those things can be so confusing, they usually always look as dark as the control line to me! =P

May 08 - Clomid 50mg (CD2-6) + Premarin. Early spotting but
June 08 - Clomid 100mg (CD2-6) chemical pregnancy
July 08 - Clomid 100gm (CD2-6) + Chinese Medicine + Green Tea + Premarin

Did they give you a size for the follicles? Up to a certain extent of course a few more is better than just one (my current situation) so two would be a good number. My RE nurse said they like to see 3 for IUI cycles but not sure if you're O'ing / doing your own thing.

I am waiting to O, I suppose... I was on 100mg clomid from cd5-9...
I started OPK on cd11, it was dark, then next day very light... i looked that up online and some FAQ about it said if that happens you might have missed the LH surge. but I had the follicle scan the day before and assumed they'd be able to tell if i was about to O, so that didn't make sense to me. I called the doctor since she wanted to do an U/S as soon as the OPK turned pos to see what she wanted to do, they had me come in, but then the fertility spec. said my follicles had only been 14 and 12mm on cd 10... and to keep OPKing, that I would probably O by cd 15, so that's when my U/S is (tomorrow). who knows... my OPKs are still saying neg now... maybe I won't even O for all i know!

Clomid can cause false positives on OPK's if you do it soon after so that may be why you got a dark line on CD11. So from your mm size on the follicles I'd say you're still waiting to O

(but even if you don't, depending what course of action they can trigger too so you'll have a few options)
