Default Clomid or Head Injury?

Ok so I am on Round One. I finished my 5th day on Wed (8 days ago). I had no side effects while on them. Monday night I was STARVING. DH didnt come home with dinner until 11pm. I was so hungry I thought Id be sick. I could barely eat one piece. Well.....after that I went right into bed....OMG can we say nautious! But it just got worse and worse. Never got sick but I could feel it creepingup the pipe so to speak. Then the headaches! Had to sleep in another roon I was so nautious. Woke up and begged DH to get me phenogrin (sp*) to help with the nausea. That knocked me out all day. Woke up and felt like my head was going to blow off. I figured that eventually this will go away. No. Wed came and went ...nausea all day...headache....cant eat. Its now thursday. Are these side effects of the clomid? Im worried because on Friday I had a tiny tiny accident where Iwas thrown from an ATV and landed yeah...on my face! Helmet of course. But I didnt start feeling sick till monday night. Just dont know what to make of it all. I called my OB and waiting in them to call back to let me know if clomid is the culpret. Any thoughts? And if one more person asks if im prego...lol!

Gosh, I know everyone's different but I've never heard of side effects like that before. Clomid is a pretty mild drug. I wonder if it's possible for someone to be allergic to an ingredient in clomid? If not, then I'd say there's a good possibility that you have yourself a head injury. Definitely call the doctor, not just your OB, but your family doctor.

Good luck. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Whooaaa......I personally don't think it's the Clomid

I've been on 50, 100 and 150 mgs ranging from taking them for 5 daysm then 150 mgs for 6 days, and even at my worst, I never felt anything like that.....

I would get to your doctor immediately just to cancel out the possibility if any head injury. In my opinion there's no such thing as a minor injury to the head, so I'd treat it like an emergency if it were me.

I don't mean to sound all crazy paranoid, but I'd just hate for more time to pass without being checked out......

Please update us when you know something!!!

That happened to me on my first round of Clomid (after that the dr told me to take it at night/before bed).....headaches, nauseaus....felt like I had the flu x100! It lasted about 2-3 days....
Hope you're feeling better and good luck!!!!
