hello everyone my name is Ebony,

This is my first time using clomid i have been trying to conceive for 4 yrs now I have been pregnant before but that was yrs ago. my spouse has went to check his sperm out everything is ok with him. I went to get checked out everything is clear with me i went to check my tubes I have one blocked tube but the DR told me that is ok b/c I can still get pergnant with one but have not got pregnant natural as yet which is a bummer. I just started on my 1st cycle with clomid 3-7days two more days to go i have a killer headache as I type. i wanted to know i got my period on March 31 07 when should i start having sex?

Clomid is a ***** isnt it!!!
If you are taking it days 3-7, you should start testing for ovulation 3 days after you take your last clomid. You should take it before you go to bed also, and you will sleep through most of the side effects! When you have EWCM, you will probably o 3 or so days after that. Remember that sperm can live 5 days inside you. What alot of ladies do is start about day 12 and have sex every other day. Hope that helps you.

Is it different for days 3-7 as apposed to 5-9? The reason I asked it I just thought it was 5-9 days after your last pill no matter when you took and I took my first pill this time about the middle of my fourth day (though it was before bed if that makes sense). I was expecting to see O about the 16th day as apposed to the 17th like last time but I hadn't heard that you may O earlier if taking the pills on earlier days. I am still going to take the O tests I just was wondering since I am taking the trigger shot and would like to know what to expect.

2nd cycle of clomid 3/31 - 4/4 + trigger on 4/9 m/c 4w
3rd cycle of clomid 4/27 - 5/1 + trigger & prog. - neg.
4th cycle of clomid 100mg 5/25 - 5/29 + trigger & prog.
rest cycle
5th cycle of clomid 100mg 7/20-24 + 1000mg met, trig, & progesterone

Amber and Ebony, My OB told me that you SHOULD ovulate 5-8 days after taking your last pill regardless of what days you take it.
