Hey everyone-

I'm not big on posting updates like this on Facebook but wanted to let you girls know...

I canceled my c-section (was supposed to be yesterday on 6/29). At my 36 week u/s we learned both girls flipped head down so we're trying to see if I can go naturally. I'll be 38 weeks Thursday and I feel like they are going to stay in there forever. I've been 3cm dilated for 2 weeks or so and feel nothing else is going on. The doctor said Friday that my body is made to carry twins so let's hope they're not in there too much longer. They will not induce me (too much strain on the body when it's already being pushed carrying two). So if I hit 40 weeks they'll have to do a c-section anyway.

They were 5.5 pounds each at 36 weeks so we're looking at some good healthy weights.

I've been working from home the last 3 weeks and feel great! All my back and stomach pain went away when I stopped commuting into Manhattan. It's nice to be able to play with Amy and spend a lot of time with her before the twins arrival.

11/25 - First u/s - IT'S TWINS
12/12 - first OB appointment - Baby B has a very small sac - but growing well!
1/6 - 1st perinatologist appointment - both babies look great!!!
2/25 - It's twin GIRLS!!!
