Hitting
Brayden has been hitting other kids at daycare, and I am unsure of what to do about it. His caregiver says that it happens a few times a day, and she says sometimes it is because they take a toy from him, but other times he just does it for no reason. He is quick to give them a hug and kiss to say sorry, even without being told, but it bothers me that he is picking on innocent kids. It's not a hard hit, but still.
Any BTDT moms with advice? Just a stage?
He's not a big talker, so I know that contributes to his frustration. Daycare and I give him a timeout immediately after it happens and he knows its wrong (well, as much as a 2 year old can). Advice? Thanks in advance!
