So we have some vitamins ordered that are designed to help count and maturation of sperm. We also have totally outlawed hot baths and the laptop (on the lap) for DH.
Are there any other things we could be doing to help?
DH runs at the gym... could that hurt? I know heat is something to avoid. I didn't know if working out could affect it.
I am probably asking some really dumb questions but we are new at this.
We'd love any suggestions. We are looking at this as if we are going to have to do IVF, so we'll be prepared, BUT... if by some miracle the next S/A is dramatically better that would be a great surprise! Even if we still have to do IVF at least we'd have more sperm to work with.
