Default Retrograde ejaculation, low count, 0 motility?

Since my DH's last SA and subsequent appointment with his Urologist still has him at 4 mil count and 0% motility (with actually 50% "alive but not moving" sperm than the last SA), as well as his basic diagnosis of Retrograde Ejaculation, what are the chances of being able to conceive via IVF or IVF with ICSI???

Has anyone done either of these with similar MF issues? How do they "retrieve" the sperm???

I am copying your post to the IVF Board to see if any girls there had something similar

Although not experiencing this issue first hand, it seems that your husband has more than enough of a count for icsi by providing a sample through normal means. I do not think that the motility should be an issue with icsi, so the success rates should just under 50% or so per round.

Hope this helps!
