Tomorrow is the big day. I can't believe it is finally here!!!!! I'm already getting weapy.....can't imagine what I will be like when I get pregnant (trying not to say if) I'm still a little stressed over the break through bleeding, but others on the board said they had that and it was fine. (Stupid nurse Kelly can't follow simple directions). Anyway, the bleeding seems to have stopped, so I'm trying to think that all will be well. Appointment tomorrow morning to do med teaching and ultrasound. I'll post an update tomorrow.

How is everyone else doing? Renee you are due for beta #2 soon right?

Well, to totally change the subject- my stepmom is having a bone marrow transplant today in Chicago- will you girls pray that everything goes well and that she doesn't reject the new cells? Thank you and I'll keep you posted on that. Hope everyone is doing well. How you feeling Renee??? ----Andrea

Kelly I too have to restrain from using the word "if" when speaking of pregnancy but if we have faith it means that we are "sure of we hope for and certain of what we do not see". Tough, I know, especially when you have waited and wanted something soooooo badly.

Oh yeah.. and as you can see in my SIGGY.. beta is 156 today!!!! It more than doubled.. The nurse said that it needs to grow 1.6 times every other day! soooo Its over that.. its like 2.13 or something !!

We are excited.. Can't wait for Friday for yet another to see how that # has grown!!

I can't wait until I am where you are so I can stop obsessing over this! The bleeding is driving me crazy! I am trying to tell myself that a lot of women on this board had the same thing and they were fine. To make matters worse, I am on call for work tonight so I get to sit at home and obsess some more instead of being at work taking care of patients!!!

Kelly.. how did last night go for you ?? Did you stay at home and obsess ?? Did you start your lupron today ?? Or are you going to take it in the evening ?? (I took mine at 5pm) How much are you taking ? ( I started out with 10u and then decreased to 5 u later on.. like almost a week before my ER).. I'm sure everything is going to be fine!! Just keep your chin up!! I can so feel a for you!! Its right around the corner.. I Just know it!!

Carrie.. Thanks girl.. I hope my #'s are good.. The nurse said they are great.. I go back for Beta # 3 tomorrow.. I still can't believe it.. I'll be sitting here at work and then all of a sudden I'll think to myself.. "I'm pregnant".. and I'll scream it like a werido!! The girls will just chuckle.. but then again they know how bad I've wanted it.. (Just as bad as you gals.. and your BFPs are coming!!)

Just got home a little while ago.
I did stay home and obsess last night. But I talked to my RE today and he told me it was fine and not to obsess over it!
So I start my Lupron later today. 10 units for now, and then decrease to 5 units when I start my stims.

I talked to the embryologist today who showed me lots of pictures. They told me if I do a 5 day egg transfer that they will give me a picture of my blastocyst to take home with me!

Can't wait to see your beta results tomorrow!!!

Hey Kelly!! I knew everything would be great!! Our RE gave us pics of our 3 days embies!! and they sleep next to us on the night stand every night. During the first two days of the 2ww they stayed in the living room with me while I layed on the couch (I Know sounds corny but I felt like I had my babies with me) I kept staring at them.. talking to them.. and STILL Do!! I tell them.. "One of you little buggers is my baby growing!!"

What stims are you going to take ?? I started out with 10u of lupron too then decreased to 5u around the time I did stims.. sounds like your cycle is similiar to mine.. you are SOOOOOOOOOO getting your !!

Well, I sucked it up and actually gave myself the shot. I'm itching a little, but I think that's more of an inflammatory response and shock that I actually jabbed a needle into my stomach!!! A small needle, yes, but hey I'm needle-phobic so I only hesitated once, so yay for me!
I'm starting out with 300 of Follistim and micro-hcg. That follistim pen is a little scary, kind of hard to push, but I'll get over that.
We plan on adding our pics to the baby book, because how many people get to see their babies when they are only 3-5 days old. I mean, I've been excited about the process, but that made me more excited.
Beta #3 for you tomorrow!

Oh Kelly and Renee I'm living vicariously through your experiences and I'm just tickled pink to hear about all your progress.

Oh, and I do have have to report that the PMS has subsided, thank the Lord! Thanks for your kind words it means so much to me to know that there are others that are in the same boat and can understand when it seems nobody else does.
