Fertility Blend?

What exactly does fertility blend consist of. My Dh is on a multi vitamin, but it's not really helping. Anything else that can help?

Lisa posted this info once before when her DH made his own fertility blend. They are most, if not all the active FB ingredients:

He ordered: Acetyl L Carnitine 500 mg.
CoQ10 i
L-Carnitine Fumerate 500 mg.
OptiZinc (Zinc) 30 mg.
Centrum Silver (same as reg. Centrum, minus the iron)

So, you can see it's a multi-vitamin, PLUS other active vitamins.

LOL, I have it in our recipe book.

My DH was making his own, but felt he should take the real thing. I guess we'll see at his next SA.
