Default What would you do. Delivery options

So I know I'm having a scheduled C-section. Last appointment they wanted to schedule it now since they say the OR fills up fast. So my doctor has two Hospitals I can deliver at. They are part of the same system. Here are the two choices:
Close One: this one is less than 7 minutes from my house. It is also a half hour closer for my parents, it is around the corner from DD school. The main hospital in this chain of hospitals. They have a level 3 nicu. If we choose this option we would probably get someone to stay here at the house with DD and take her to school, hospital all right near by and convenient.
Far One: This one is about 35 minutes away depending on traffic. It is around the corner from MIL and FIL. This is not a good thing since last time she camped out in my room and watched as I tried to nurse. it also has a level 2 nicu. The only positive part and it is a big one is that it is a much newer hospital and they have ALL private rooms. The other one has all share rooms, they may have 2 private but you never get them... Also the other one is where they lost me last time.
However this time I know more and I know some people that work at close hospital, so there may be a chance I will have better luck.
So convenient would be close one.
Relaxing experience would be far one. But how relaxing with MIL on my head? What would you choose?
