This stuff looks SO cool on TV. My dad and stepmom got some for the boys for Christmas. Needless to say that DH figures my stepmom picked it out, and we decided we will only buy it for people we don't like. WHAT A MESS! It came with a playmat, that was about 12 inches by 18 inches. Yeah, 2 boys will keep the Moon Sand on THAT! So we put down newspapers. The kids had it all over themselves, their feet, the floor etc. I was sitting right there with them, and they were not throwing it around, just using it as directed.
I am STILL stepping on those little sand granuals, even after using the vacuum and Swiffer. Def. an outside craft for when spring/summer is here.
