Maternity Pillow
Anyone own one they would recommend? I never needed one with DS I managed to get comfy with a couple of regular pillows. I can't seem to find that same sweet spot and I know its only going to get worse. TIA

Re: Maternity Pillow
I don't have a maternity pillow but I do have a body pillow that I bought while pg with my first. I can't sleep without it now!

Re: Maternity Pillow
I have the snoogle and I love it! I got it with my first. I have two covers so I wash them on the same cycle as my sheets. Fortunately we don't co-sleep since my 2 yr old loves it as much as I do. He cuddles up in it every morning!
Snoogle
Here's amazon, but I got mine at BRU.

Re: Maternity Pillow
my sil let me borrow her snoogle. I hate it. too fluffy. and for some reason I can't get comfy. These days I like to be as flat on my back as possible. I bought the boppy body pillow. It is pricey for a pillow, but I dig it. It is nifty b/c when I don't want to use it as a body pillow it can kind of fold in half and be a cushy pillow to sit up in bed with.

Re: Maternity Pillow
My bf hated the snoogle too. So yes it's a lot of $ if you don't like it. Nicole maybe you can find a friend that has one to try.
Hey Tasha . . . just fyi . . . Sleeping on your back after the 1/2 way point Another on back sleeping
I was a BIG TIME back sleeper until my first. And because my pgs have been so close I think I have forgotten how to sleep on my back. I use to LOVE sleeping on my back arm slung over my eyes. It was my comfort zone. You have some time before re-training. But watch out . . . it was hard for me at first! I would wake up on my back and then roll. And I would know when I had slept on my back!
Sorry to burst the comfort bubble!

no worries . I knew about the back thing. I am just enjoying it while I still can.
I am normally a tummy sleeper so it's been an adjustment for me.

Re: Maternity Pillow
I'm a tummy sleeper, and I HATE sleeping on my side!!! It's the most hated part of pregnancy for me. I just use a regular body pillow, and haven't had any problems getting comfy with it.

Re: Maternity Pillow
i use body pillows. yes that's plural. i have mine on one side and steal DH's for the other side. when you get big it's hard enough to flip back and forth from side to side, add taking a body pillow with ya and that's just too much like work, lmao. poor DH, but then again, it's all his fault anyway, right?
