Goldie (our midwife) got here today at 1pm. Which I am not complaining about AT ALL since she will be making all our appts home-based instead of just the last ones (most mw's, I guess, only make the last one or two home visits usually).
Anyway... urinalysis came out GREAT! (I love not getting vials of blood drawn each appt

) Only *trouble* was that I am dehydrated. But everything else came back perfect! My blood pressure is 110/60 and she said that I look great (another really big positive... she goes by looks instead of a scale!)
She tried finding the heartbeat even though its early and didn't expect to find one at all. But... we got it to register for a few seconds.

All the kiddos were in the room with us at the time but I don't think that they caught what it was since it was literally only for about two seconds. But Jared knew right away.
So Goldie will be back in two weeks to check for the heart beat again. Normally, I would just see her again in four weeks but with my history, she wants to reassure me. She is not expecting to get a good bead on it until 14 weeks but is willing to see us at 12 and then again at 14 to put my mind at ease.
I am feeling SO much better now!! Just hearing the placental sounds and those few seconds, plus seeing the test strip show a perfect pg was enough to totally put my mind at ease.
