Icon5 dizzy

I'm rather dizzy today and the room is spinning every so often is this normal? When I first noticed it this am around 7 I said ok take it easy and lay down I layed on the couch for 30min it helped some then I got up and got a drink and made breakfast got dizzy again now it's still happening at 10:30am like as if you were bent down and got up to quick but event when I'm not moving is this normal?
I don't have environmental allergies and my fluid intake seams fine to me at 5-6 glasses of water a day.
