in her first trimester.

Is it safe to use daily? Should she use it at all? Would it only make her more paranoid if she should find odd things and doesn't know how to read ultrasounds? Is her heart going to be settled just seeing the heartbeat?

Are ultrasounds safe for the baby? And if so, how safe are they?

Are they dangerous? How dangerous are they are?

I think ultrasounds are safe when a trained technician is performing it. I had multiple ultrasounds both times I was pregnant, and all were medically necessary. I think it is insane to use the machine every single day. I read the original post and if I had spent "tens of thousands of dollars" to get pregnant I would not take any chance with my babies. This seems beyond paranoid to me. Most moms are a little paranoid during pregnancy but most are not to the point of having to scan the baby every single day. I think she is setting herself up for further paranoia because they don't know what they are really looking at. I think every one remembers the news stories when Tom Cruise bought one and all the research that came to light. I remember my doctor telling me to stay away from places like Womb With a View and other places like this because the people are not trained properly.
