Well, this is the first I've heard of it, but other than thinking they should definitely take some time to do more trials and see if a transplanted uterus can sustain a pg, I think its amazing! What a blessing that would be to women who have had to have hysterectomies due to post partum bleeding, cancer, etc. I hope it works.
i hope they can make this happen successfully. i will be first in line to donate mine to a friend who has no uterus due to cervical cancer (the mum of my first surrobaby). i would like to do this within the next few years so she can try to achieve a pregnancy. exciting!
