Who do you think should get custody? If the egg was the white woman's, should the black man get visitation? Should he have to pay child support? What if the children are the biological children of both of the black couple? Should the white couple have any rights/custody?

You know, having two IVF babies this scares the crap out of me....so much so that I couldn't even take a guess of what's what or what should be done. I feel terrible for ALL involved.

A spin on this. What would you do if this happened to you? I thought about this and what I would do if this happened to me. If one of my eggs got mixed up and another couple had my biological child, I think I would let them have the baby. I thought about egg donation, I would donate eggs (but cannot as I am too old). So, I would look at it that way, as a 'donation' or gift to the couple.

However, if I was not successful with my own ivf I may feel differently.

Also, if the child turned out to be both mine and DH's, I may not be okay with that and want to have the child. Not sure why there is a difference there.
