Yeah I guess it is strange. I'm hoping that maybe just maybe that they realized what a very serious problem it is and are now taking an active roll in helping keeping our planet safe. If their beliefs are true, it is God's creation and we should take care of it, not abuse it to hell.

I hate to generalize, but I think that too often the focus of many Christians is simply the after-life and not enough attention is given to the world that exists around them. They worry more about saving souls than saving trees.
