Just wondering out there how many of you ever got pregnant with one follicle? I can get my IUI done tomorrow but I only have one follicle. I did get pregnant last year with one follicle but I know the chances were slim. I did do IUI last month with 2 and did not get pregnant. I just hate to spend then money if my chances are slim to none... I guess it is a chance we take though! What are your thoughts? Also do your doctors do bloodwork before your IUI's? Last year when I went to a different RE he did bloodwork before and during my cycle... this doctor just takes my progesterone level. Just wondering if that is normal. This new place I am going to makes me feel like they are in a rush all the time. I hate that. But they are suppose to be good...

I got preggy this last time with one follie. I had maybe 2 smaller (not even close to mature) and we didn't do IUI just HCG trigger and timed BD.
I had a few cycles that I only had one and it didn't work but the first IUI I ever did had one and got preggy (that ended up a blighted ovum).
My RE only did progesterone 7diui/dpo.

Hello Heidi! It's so nice to hear from you!! I've been thinking about you....

I just wanted to tell you that the first time I got pg w/ Injectibles/IUI I only had one follicle. They were not pleased at all w/ my response to the lowest dose of meds, but we went ahead w/ IUI and it worked!

So while I'm sure they'd like more follies, I think it would be ok, it only takes one!!

It's nice hearing from you, I'd wondered what you were up to, take care!

Thanks Guys! I went to my second ultrasound and my follicle grew and here there was a second one - the second was only 16 and a half but he said by Friday it should grow... Who knows! I did get prego with one but they told me that was a miracle - but it only takes one. Take care and thanks so much Heidi
