Undergoing another IUI....

Well ladies, I've felt good enough lately to lurk on the boards, but didn't really have much to post. I hope you all are doing well.

I saw the RE's nurse today and I had my baseline done. We are good to go for another IUI. She said we'll do what works so we will do Femara, Menopur alternating dosages from 150/75 iu, ovidrel trigger, baby aspirin, folic acid, prenatals, then IUI, and progesterone suppositories. They didn't recommend heparin injections this time since I tested negative for auto immune issues. I start meds on 10/1/07, and will probably be doing IUI around 10/11/7.

It's weird I have no doubt now that I will get pg again very soon since IUI's have been successful 2 out of 3 times, but getting over the 7w2d hump will be the obstacle. Since I did everything I was supposed to do the last two times, I don't know what I can do differently for a different outcome. I'm just going to take care of myself the best I can, and pray for a better outcome.

I'm sure I'll need your support as I go through this again. That being said, I am so glad I have you all to help me. I got the news Sat that the one person in my circle of friends I knew I wouldn't have to worry about for a while announced she's pregnant. Actually she's a newlywed and was trying to prevent, she found out 4 days after her only sibling lost her baby @ 12 wks. So she was confiding in me about the tension with her sister! I did the best I could to support her while pleading the sister's case. Anyway, what's one more pregnant friend? lol Truth is, there's not a whole lot of people left I know who aren't so I just gotta laugh.

Sorry so long, I just wanted to get back in the swing of things.....

Its nearly that time of year coming up when miracles happens, so we girls here are due ours!!

I know how you feel regarding how to prevent miscarriage, this is something we jkust cant control in cases like ours, im gonna keep myself busy through ivf (start down meds in 13 days !!) by looking out for christmas pressies and dealing with halloween stuff so i cant dwell on stuff, I so hope this is it for you and you get the much wanted baby.

Maybe some accupuncture, i am so converted it doesnt hurt and leaves me so chilled( yes thats possible).

Glad to hear your back! I really hope this next cycle will your sticly bean. When do you start your cycle? I will be cycling it November maybe we could be cycle buddies.

I'm starting my Femara and Menopur on October 1st. IUI should be somewhere around October 11th! I'm getting excited but I HAVE to get over this dang sickness first! Grr...been puny since last Thursday, it's getting so old! lol

Hey Angie hang in there!!! I know how scary it is to think of another m/c I'm doing that just now, but lets pray that this 3rd pg is the lucky one for both of us!!!!

I know this is has been an emotional rollercoaster. There is no where to go but forward.

We will be with you each step of the way.

I know how you feel about everyone around you getting pregnant. Since I have been trying I know 12 people who have had babies. And one of them is my sister. Its hard to try to be supportive of them, when its the one thing we want the most. But we will get there!

Thanks ladies, I'm doing my best to stay positive but not "focus" only on the cycle.....trying to keep busy with other things....

I hope we ALL get our bfp's very soon!

I am glad u decided to do another IUI after finding the results out. I had been thinking of you and wondering when you and dh would try again. I pray this one turns out to be a wonderful pregnancy for you guys. The worrying hasnt stopped for me yet and I havent had a miscarraige before. I am still scared and cant wait to get to 24 weeks. I know you must be feeling nervous when you get pregant. I pray you get over the 8 week milestone and are able to enjoy your pregnancy when it comes.
