Suppose to get IUI tomarrow, but DH now has a kidney stone

I got a postive OPK this morning, and then DH wakes up in severe pain asnd goes to the ER. He is all kinds of IV drugs and is passing a kidney stone. They will let him go home today.

I don't think he is going ot be able to give his sample tomarrow, but scheduled anyway just in case. The nurse said as long as he can give his sample it should be ok. I don't even think I should waste oviduel shot, maybe I will do it just in case we go through with this. What do you guys think?

With what you have already paid out, I would do it just in case. It can't hurt. Good Luck and keep us posted on your decision.

Laura - I would for sure take the Ovidrel. He might feel better by tomorrow or a least better enough to give a deposit. I hope your dh gets well soon and you can do your IUI. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

First I wanted to thanks you ladies for all your input and support.

Today was a crazy day with DH being in the hospital and my being at work all day. But I decided to give myself the shot for the first time at work, wasn't bad. DH is home now waiting to pass his kidney stone, they said it will very painful when it passes, he is on pain meds. He is going to be trooper and try give his sample tomarrow. I will keep you ladies posted.

I am starting to not have a good feeling aboud cycle becasue it will be being between 36-48 hours after postive OPK. Yesterday I took OPK around 2PM it was slightly postive one around 7PM and it was just about postive but to late to schedule for the next day (my office closes at 4:30). I think I started surging late tuesday night. We conceived Alexa with our first try with an IUI closer to 24 hours. I think I release the egg more closer to 24 hours. So we will see what happens. I am just hoping DH counts are good, we have a problems in the past with our RE cancelling the IUI the day of the IUI becasue DH had to many WBC in his sample. Sorry about the book thanks for listening!!
