I already knew since I cheated and poas on Sunday so I was prepared. What I was not prepared for was the shock when I said we would try the same protocol this next cycle. She said it was fine but if DH count is as low (3 mil) this coming cycle, they will reccomend moving directly to IVF w/ icsi. That was a shock. IVF is an exclusion and we are already paying for almost all out of pocket. Any suggestions on how DH can get his count up? We are willing to try just about anything. Thanks.

Sounds weird but the acupuncture place I go to treats men too. They have a combination of herbs and acupuncture treatments that are supposed to increase the quality and quantity. They specialize in reproductive issues though, so I don't know how most acupuncture clinics do it. It is worth looking into at least. Good luck!
