Default My crazy body, question

So, here I am at 18dpiui with no AF. 2 bfns last week and a negative blood test on Friday. I have had cramping and nausea for 6 days now. My lp has never been this long. It seems that I do not know my body anymore. Anyone been here? My RE says to wait until Friday (!!) and if no AF, I have to do provera. Anyone have any experience with that? Also, DH will be out of town for 3 days this month (the 23rd to the 25th) and I am still not sure when my 1st cycle of injectibles will start and if we can even do it with him leaving town. Any words of wisdom?

Can you just take a long bath to unwind and relax your body? Not like it works miracles but sometimes your body just needs to unwind...and sometimes stress (good and bad) can delay your cycle.

I haven't had any expereince of provera. but know many people on this board have.

in terms of your injectibles and dh being away, can you discuss with your specialist? I had once month with an IUI where I had to travel for business and thought the IUI wouldn't interfere with the trip, but of course, it ended up needing to be that exact day so I opted to cancel my trip. but my dr had talked through options (instead of back to back IUIs, doing just one), etc...

Thanks. The bath thing does not work for me but I am gonna start with a personal trainer tomorrow (a Christmas gift from my mother in law). Exercise usually relaxes me. I will talk to the RE about the cycle after AF shows. Until then, it is the waiting game.

for me, it was funny, it was once i resumed doing regular chores, so focusing on laundry, dishes, etc that seemed to get my body back into motion. can't explain why.
