Hello- I usually post on the femara board and dabble in a few others, but I have a question I was hoping someone here could answer. I had my iui this morning and I was supposed to start water aerobics on wednesday. Can/should I do that? It is 2.5 days after the IUI, so I am hoping that is enough time...

I think it should be fine. I didn't have any restrictions after my IUI's so you should be okay 2.5 days later!

Hi,

Im in england and i was told specifically by my consultant after iui or ivf not to go into a chlorinated pool , sauna, hot tub etc, not until im six weeks into pregnancy or bfn.

I do a lot of sport and stuff as part of my teaching so i was a bit bothered by it.

I guess eveywhere has there own protocol on risks and stuff.
