Default Just a question

I had the HCG shot 12 days ago and IUI done 11 days ago. I couldn't stand the any longer. I took a test and got a BFP. It was a faint line, but for sure a line. The question now is...did I test to soon? I am not getting my hopes up just yet. I don't want that overwhelming disappointment just yet. Does anyone know how long the HCG shot actually stays in the body? I am going nuts waiting!!

The real question is dosage. Depending on your dosage you may still be picking up the trigger shot. I suggest testing again tomorrow and seeing if the positive is darker. (Seems hopeful though, I'll cross my fingers for you!)

I have heard 10-14 days. Most women I have heard talk about this say it is out by day 9 or 10 though. This sounds very promising. I am sure you can't wait until tomorrow! PLEASE let us know as soon as you find anything out. I will be sending you lots of luck.

This waiting game SUCKS!! Well, what is another couple of days in the grand scheme of things, eh? The wierd thing is this...I have been having odd cramping. It's in my lower abdomen so I don't know. On the up side, my DD has been puking all day. I put her in my bed so she could watch TV. I even gave her a barf bucket. Needless to say this was a bad idea. There is nothing like changing bedding and to keep your mind off of the wait. Thanks for all of your help and I'll keep my fingers crossed. My prayers are with all of you also. Is it me or does it seem like everyone is pregnant when you want to be? Everywhere I go...it's like in my face. It's a little discouraging. I kinda feel like I wish I knew how to fix whatever the problem is. I think way to much as you can probably tell.
Thanks again and I will keep ya'll updated. Also, thanks for making me feel welcome. I was feeling a little lonely.

Good Luck! It sounds very promising! What I have heard about trigger is 10 days, I have never seen mine show up on a test more than 5 days.
