Default Insight on Digital Test?

I used to post here a lot a long time ago when I was TTC but havent been back for a while. I had a question and thought I would throw it out over here because you girls are sooo knowledgable! I have PCOS and actually ovulated on my own this month. So we decided to TTC. Well, with my son I had gotten my first pregnancy test as a VERY VERY Faint line and I was pregnant. This time round I have had three basically invisible lines and cant tell if they are evap or not. Then i got a cvs digital test and it read 'not pregnant'. But when I ejected it out of the tester, the actual pregnancy test had a second line. very light, but not as invisible. My question is this, with the digital is it the same as the regular pee test? Like it would show a line if there was an early pregnancy? Or is there always a second line?
I would be 12-14 DPO. No AF yet. I am freaking out because with DS I had to do Progesterone Supps and I dont want to lose this baby because I dont have those. I have a doc appt today at 1:30pm. But I dont want him to think I am nuts and not run a blood test. Insight on the digital?

Evap lines look grayish. As for the progesterone, it isn't always necessary. I had it with my pregnancy with my older SOn but did not use it with my secong. My OB tested my levels a few times and left it up to me.
