I'm back...I think

Hello again. After a crazy month of morning the failed iui's and trying to "move on" my RE's office calls today and says they have decided to release me to the next IF treatment cycle. I'm not sure exactly what that entails as I did clomid for 3 cycles and they never checked for follies or my progfesterone levels even once in 3 rounds. They will be calling on Thursday with the $$ specks and all the details. She mentioned more monitoring and injectables so we will see. We are on the fence so to speak. It's been a long recovery and I'm not sure if I can do all this again. Can I come back and join in for awhile? Anybody care to guess at what the next level may be?

Welcome back! Of course you can come hang out w/ us!! I just recently returned from a break after another m/c.

I believe u/s and injectibles may be in your future. That was the turning point for me. I guess I needed the added boost from the injections vs just clomid or femara, as all those IUI's were unsuccessful. I changed RE's and they changed the plan. It's scary I know but hang in there. Before long it will be routine.

I agree with angie its probably the injectibles and follicle tracking (u.s checks)
My response was way better on injectibles than without.

I swear by acupuncture to relieve me of stress and strain and i avidly do it through treatments to keep up my vibes.

Thanks so much! I'm glad to be back.....I think. We are also looking into embryonic adoption as that might the best option for us at this point. So now to find some frozen babies! I'm working on that was well as going forward with the iui plans.

Chrissy, I have been wanting to look into embryo adoption, but I seem to have trouble carrying a baby, not getting pg (as of lately anyway) so I don't know if that would do me any good. But a friend of mine did give me the paperwork from an agency in California. If that's what you choose I wish you tons of luck. And please let us know how the process works, I'm very interested!! lol
