How long did you wait after m/c

I just had a D&C yesterday for a missed miscarraige. My RE said one regular cycle and we could try IUI again but my OB who performed the procedure said three months. For those of you who suffered the same fate what was recommended for you and how long did it take you to concieve again?

I did not have a D&C....I had to wait 3 months per my OB...he would not release me back to the RE until my body had recovered...I went back on the 3rd months cycle and got pregnannt with Nicholas on that cycle. S thechnically it was 2 months nothing 3rd month IUI....

I hope that you are back soon but give your body time to heal and give yourself time to grieve

My RE said 2 full cycles then IUI on the 3rd. But, my stupid body wouldn't have a cycle for weeks like 6 or more, so they only had me wait the one long cycle, then let me do IUI again on the 2nd cycle. With my new RE I got pg on the first IUI, BFN the 2nd, pg on the 3rd IUI, pg on the 4th IUI. She won't let me do anymore b/c of multiple m/c. (Bad eggs due to eating disorder earlier in life.)

Well my OB said 2 cy and IUI on 3rd, I did that, just but got pg again on a break cy almost 1 year after the m/c.

I had a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy. With both, my OB and RE said to wait 1 cycle and try again on the 2nd cycle. I have heard of many many people getting pregnant on their own after a miscarriage.

I am so sorry for your loss...my thoughts are with you.

I am so so sorry. My doctor advised 2 months. I waited that amount of time, but ended up m/c again. Although, I don't think that one more month would have made a difference. I have heard of many people getting pregnant right after a m/c with healthy babies.
