Thanks Laura and Chrissy. I went in at 7am today. Of course, the wing of the hospital where they take blood was closed and I had to walk around forever in the cold trying to figure out where to go. Then the nurse had not called in my bloodwork so they had to try to reach the on call nurse. Then they could not get any blood out of my right arm (even after digging around--ouch) and had to do the same in my left arm before finally getting blood. Whew. The things we go through.

TMI--I had some light spotting last night and once this morning there was some fresh looking blood that came out with the progesterone suppository remnants. I feel a bit crampy today. I don't hold out a lot of hope, but I am not getting totally negative. I just find it hard to believe that cramps and blood could be a good thing.

I may not get any results today (probably won't) but I should get them by tomorrow sometime. I will let you know what I find out. I can't thank you enough for your support and for thinking of me today.

Just got the call. The numbers only went up to 14. Not viable. Well, at least I know what it is like to be a little bit pregnant. I'm doing okay, I knew that 8 was pretty low and most likely not gonna work. I am to stop the progesterone and should have AF fairly soon.

On to the next cycle. Sigh.

Oh no Laura! I'm so sorry. I have been exactly where you are with my last two pregnancies. It's terribly upsetting, but I think what was worse was my RE ordering countless betas b/c she didn't want to jump to any conclusions. I kinda wish we would've just let it go, so I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up. If you don't mind me asking, do you have a plan on what to do next?

I am just soo soo sorry this is happening. I wish I could reach in and give you a big hug. Take care of yourself sweetie, and please if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. We are ALL here for you.

Thank you Angie. That means a lot. I plan on doing another of the same, a follistim cycle with IUIs. This may be our last IUI cycle, we may try for IVF next month. I need to examine our insurance coverage and see what the best plan is. But for sure, we will do another IUI cycle this month. It will be our 3rd injectable cycle.

Oh Laura, I'm so sorry! I was hoping this was it for you. I'm glad you have a plan for next month. I'll be thinking of you and hoping you get your BFP soon.
