Follicle sizes @ Baseline Ultrasound

I am new to the board, happened upon it while obsessing over our upcoming IUI cycle. I can't stop looking every little thing up, lol. I just had my baseline ultrasound Thursday (day 3 of cycle). I have many small follies that weren't measured, and 2 on my left side that were 7.2mm and 4.9mm. On my right I have a 7.2mm. I take Glumetza (Metformin) to treat my PCOS, and I am taking Letrozole, soon will be taking Bravelle and Ovidrel.
I am so new to this! Are my follie sizes good? Tech said that 1 usually becomes dominant, but theres a real chance on multiples, which I am fine with, within reason. I am a twin myself.
What were some of your sizes @ the baseline?
Can anyone give me a guesstimate of having multiples w/ my follie sizes/meds that I am on?
We go for another ultrasound and bloodwork next Thursday, and possibly on to the IUI. Over Easter weekend! I am fa-reakig out here!
Told ya I was new, lol. Any help is appreciated. Hows a girls supposed to concentrate @ work when all this is going on!!

Today was my first baseline ever and this is my 10th IUI cycle so I have no idea what is good or not but I had one 8mm follie on each side and my RE said that was a good start. I start Clomid tonight and in the past I have had at least 2 lead follies that were 18mm+ when I did the Ovidrel trigger.

I am also on metformin and I take Clomid, Bravelle and the Ovidrel trigger. I don't think my tech has ever told me my sizes at a baseline. They just check to see if there are any cysts and what the lining looks like. But those sound ak to me. When I went in on wednesday after taking 100mg of clomid x 5 days and 2 bravelle shots my follicles were 15 and 16 mm. I took another shot that night and the trigger last night. My husband and I are trying TI, but we may have to go to IUI next month.

Your baseline follies are just fine. It is my understanding that anything over ten at CD3 would qualify as a cyst so under ten = good to go.
