Today was my first IUI. I had at least 2 mature follicles, and 1 or 2 slightly smaller. We got pretty good news today - DH's sperm count was MUCH higher than it had been, and his motility improved. We actually had 5.3 million post-wash (not an extremely high number, but just above the "minimum"). They were moving, but not as fast as is preferred, but we're still hopeful there are enough swimming well for a chance at a !

Here's hoping this is the one for you. I was told that after fibroid removal your chances go up. Maybe this will do the trick. I hope you have a peaceful 2ww and shiny BFP for Christmas. Good luck!!
