First IUI in my 2 WW

Just had my first IUI on Tuesday. My husband has High Viscosity and everything else was great. They put me on Metformin (1500mg) and clomid (100mg) and I had an HCG trigger. Anyone had similar problems and been successful?? I had 8 follies and a bnch of smaller ones at the first scan but at the second scan, I had one really good one at 22mm. I just really hope it sticks!! The 2ww is killing me and it just started!

I'm on IUI #2...also in the 2 week wait. When will you start testing? Isn't it torture?!?!?!

OMG its killing me. I had mine done the day before you. I want to test asap but dont want the HCG shot to give a false positive,that would kill us. Im praying for us!!!!!

I'm 3dpo on IUI # 1...I understand your pain! I wanted to POAS as soon as it was done!

do we count the day of HCG the day of O or the day of the IUI?? My hubby is in the Marines and military hospitals suffer from a lack of communication!!

My doctor told me that I should ovulate the day after the HCG trigger (which I did confirm with BBT- Which also happens to be the day of my IUI since I have it 24 hours after the trigger). So then the day after that would be 1 Day post ovulation. So right now, I am 1DPO...13 more days to go!!!

I would try to take a test around day 7 to see if the HCG is out of your system...I always get a negative test 3-4 days after the HCG shot...must leave my body quickly!!! ~ How many hours after the trigger shot did you have your IUI done? 24? 36?

31 hours post HCG. We have to stay positive....I really hope this is our month!

:p well i can copy jamielynn's count on the days since our IUI's were at the exact same time

Nauseous / cramping today (figuring the trigger or IUI is messing with me......................)

I had my IUI on 3/18 which I suppose woud make me 2-3 dpo.....I soooooooo hopet his works, we are so desperate at this point. Its been 3 long years! Second time on clomid but first IUI

I was sort of thrown into it - CD 38 on clomid - u/s showed follicles ready to go so 3/18 trigger and 3/19 iui........ kind of hectic

Oh I know. Its crazy. Im moving this weekend so I ave to change my RE if this conception cycle doesnt work out. That will be no fun at all!!!!! Plus, a baby wuld be a really really nice christmas present.

we just moved (same general area though) before x-mas - moving is pain..........................esp if you have to switch drs
