I had a d&c 16 days ago. Light bleeding, more like spotting for 4 days. Cramps and clotting for 1 then just brown discharge on and off for the past week and a half. At my follow up appt yesterday the dr said it would be anywhere from 2-6 weeks before I should expect it. This afternoon I am having all the signs...cramping, headache, fatigue and now I am spotting enough that it is visible on a pad. Could it be AF or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing?

Sure sounds like it to me. And the timing seems about right according to what your doc told you. Please keep us updated. I hope this is it for you and you are able to get back to TTC ASAP.
