Icon5 ? about IUI timing..

When do your RE's usually do the IUI, (how many hours after the trigger shot?) Mine did them 36 hrs post trigger and as you know it worked 2 out of times so far.

Well this time, my follies weren't ready on the day they normally are. So they had me do a Menopur shot that night, one the next and the trigger on Thursday night. We did IUI late Friday a.m.

I am not comfortable w/ this timing. When I called to ask my nurse (who I love btw) she said they're not so much concentrating on the 36 hr mark anymore as many women were releasing their eggs before then. She said they're trying to do it earlier and getting good results. I KNOW I didn't release the eggs until the 8 o'clock hour Saturday morning, but the IUI was 10:30 Friday morning. We did bd Sat. a.m. of course, but I am still nervous.

What do you all think? I got burned by my last dr. they didn't want to come in on the weekend (even though they initially told me anytime day or night, weekend or holiday) and I had IUI sometimes not even 12 hrs later. It never worked.

Am I overreacting? And am I covered w/ the IUI and bd'ing?

Angie My Dr does the trigger shot and then the IUI 24h after that, and ask us to BD on the two days after the IUI, well worked once... the important thing for me is that if you BD your are covered so... I'm pulling for you!!!
