I had a copper IUD put in almost 2 years ago, which may be the reason for this, but i'm not sure.

Here's my story:

Sometimes i get moderate cramps about a day after my period ends, and then I'll bleed for about a day and it stops. That is what usually happens. Today i have been getting terrible cramps, and it's been about 2 to 3 days since my period has ended. These cramps feel like the ones i usaully get a day or two into my period, which is why I'm concered. I havent had any cramps for the past few days, and only moderate cramping during this period cycle, which is odd because theyre usually TERRIBLE. Has this happened to anyone, and should i be concerned. The problem is that i don't have health insurance so i cant just go into the doctor whenever i have an ache or pain.
