Here' s my background.

I was on birth control (mostly desogen) from age 18-26. I had my first kid at 27 and second at 29. I'm now 30 and most likely done having kids. I'm trying to find the right bcp. I definitely think my hormones are imbalanced. I still haven't had a regular cycle since giving birth 7 months ago. During ovulation by breasts (especially one side) gets tender and nodular. I have a very low sex drive as well. I also have a family history of breast cancer (my dad's 2 sisters).

Oh, also I am slightly hypotyroid. but am currently taking medicine (levoxyl).

So, which pill would be best for me?

After doing some online research I believe I have estrogen dominance and need a pill to increase the progesterone to create a balance. Do you agree?

is there a better, healthy way to balance my hormones?
