Anybody ever try it?
Candida can cause a number of terrible symptoms that a lot of us go through.

There is also something known as the "die-off" which can be a sudden severity in the symptoms as the candida fights off the cleanse.

Speaking from experience, the die off SUCKS, but you feel so much better after you get through it.
