I hope you've all found week 2 pretty easy, I know I've struggled to stay on track, but I hope you girls have felt more focussed. Half a week until week 3 medals, so you have plenty of time to push for a big weight-loss this week
Went to me for a 2lb loss.
Went to Kelly for losing 1.4 lbs
went to Sarah, Staci and Belinda for not gaining any weight back!
