Hi everyone! I just wanted to post this to be an encouragment to anyone that might need it. I have been watching my calories (which involves portion control and trying to eat healthy foods) and exercising. I started May 1st 2006 and Now it is almost 7 months later and I have lost 40 lbs. It has been so worth it and its totally possible to do. I have splurged a little every now and then but it has not effected my weight loss. GL everyone, You CAN do it!!
