Hellooo Hellooo Nobody here yet???
Well I am an avid Low-Carb person. I have had success each time I needed to lose weight and done it this way. I recently had a child and need to lose more weight than I ever have in my life, quite a daunting task but I am chipping away at it.
This type of dieting seems extreme to begin with but it is SO much easier than low-fat, IMHO. And soon enough you are NOT hungry. I have days where I CAN NOT eat and have to drink shakes just to get calories in to keep my metabolism going. I love cheese, this craving kicked in with my pregnancy and I've not been able to kick the habit so this is another reason I love low carb.
