Hello to all the folks out there! I am excited to offer you something new. Starting the first week of August we will have a monthly newsletter. This newsletter will hopefully contain so many things!!!
--We have Kristi who is a personal trainer, she is willing to answer any question you may have about getting into shape.
--We will celebrate weight losses, challenge wins and other things with you!
--We will celebrate birthdays with you.
--Do you have someone that has motivated you? Someone that has kept you going? You can nominate them and it will also be put into the newsletter. (Just pm me and tell me who it is by username and why you are nominating them).
--You can send in a healthy recipe, or even a healthy tip.
--Want to be a journalist? Let me know!! You can help put the newsletter together and write your own articles.
This newsletter wont be put together on its own, I really need your help to get it going and keep it going. So heres the thing... see everything up above? Pm me your info, questions, articles, birthday or other celebrations. If you see someone that needs to be nominated let me know. Any challenge winners will also be posted in the newsletter.
