same here, it isn't easy to get started b/c you face cravings for both sugar and bread, lol. BUT after 3 days you are in total control. I've had to restart as I had dessert with a girlfriend and have been craving sugar ever since... but that's what it's about getting back on the horse, eh?
Do you notice your mind working better with all the protein? I feel so much more alert when going w/o bread and pasta. It is so easy to just "get full and forget about food" with carbs, but then I feel like a sloth. Just wonderin'
