You know I can't remember where I saw that about the Splenda either. Ugh... I have tried Stevia. Its all natural. I think its bitter too. It's ok I guess, but I prefer Splenda. My husband likes it and puts it in his coffee. He won't drink Splenda because of the way its made(?) I havent looked into it and don't want to I have stopped drinking coffee because of the creamer but I am thinking I should just start drinking it again. Regular creamer hardly has any carbs/sugar. I am getting more carbs in my tea. I make a gallon pitcher and put 2 cups of Splenda in it! So I have no idea what I am getting in a glass. I have reduced what I drink. I dont drink a lot anyway because I mainly want to drink water but I need something different with a taste sometimes, you know? I need a little caffeine in the morning. I don't want the headaches that come from withdrawal.

There is also Xylitol. Its good for you too (and your teeth). BUT you can NOT consume a lot of it because it will give you the poops.

7.5" in AWESOME!! YOU GO GIRL (GO TERESA, GO TERESA)!!!!!

I did measure myself when before I started Nutrisystem but haven't checked again. I haven't been doing the Slim in 6 because I can't move for a day or so. I have been doing In Home Walking with Leslie Sansome. I am getting ready to try this other dvd I have. You use an abs ball and hand weights. I walk 1 mile with the in home walking... its the power walking. I am getting ready to go up to the 2 mile. Its mainly for cardio but I want to tone muscle.

Maybe I should look into what you are doing... Do you do it everyday. It sounds good because its 7 minutes. I can handle that.

At the rate you are going, you are going to be in bikini by summer!! I can't only wish I could but that wont happen. I had that emergency section with Rylee (totally unexpected and my first section, figures) I will probably have all this loose skin I will need a tummy tuck to get rid of it. I am going to try my harder to firm up the best I can though.

You give me such motivation!!!

Oh yea... I looked up liquid Splenda and it is expensive and supposively really concentrated (really sweet and doesn't take much). I wonder how much it would take to sweeten tea?

I tried the Atkins diet and it was effective. I dropped 8 pant sizes in two months! The drawback is after you reach your weight loss goals everything with carbs tastes like the greatest thing food you have ever eaten and your craving for it is high. It's important not to eat a lot of carbs after the diet rather eat carbs in the recommended low amounts, keep eating lean high protein and those low carb amounts are great tasting treats.
