You know I can't remember where I saw that about the Splenda either. Ugh... I have tried Stevia. Its all natural. I think its bitter too. It's ok I guess, but I prefer Splenda.

I have stopped drinking coffee because of the creamer but I am thinking I should just start drinking it again. Regular creamer hardly has any carbs/sugar. I am getting more carbs in my tea. I make a gallon pitcher and put
2 cups of Splenda in it!

So I have no idea what I am getting in a glass. I have reduced what I drink. I dont drink a lot anyway because I mainly want to drink water but I need something different with a taste sometimes, you know? I need a
little caffeine in the morning. I don't want the headaches that come from withdrawal.
There is also Xylitol. Its good for you too (and your teeth). BUT you can NOT consume a lot of it because it will give you the poops.

I did measure myself when before I started Nutrisystem but haven't checked again. I haven't been doing the Slim in 6 because I can't move for a day or so. I have been doing In Home Walking with Leslie Sansome. I am getting ready to try this other dvd I have. You use an abs ball and hand weights. I walk 1 mile with the in home walking... its the power walking. I am getting ready to go up to the 2 mile. Its mainly for cardio but I want to tone muscle.
Maybe I should look into what you are doing... Do you do it everyday. It sounds good because its 7 minutes. I can handle that.
