I definitely try to squeeze in as much as I can during the week. I get on the treadmill when Paige doesn't have school in the morning (tues and thurs) so I can shower afterwards. I put the baby up for her morning nap, turn the tv on for Paige, put my headset on and hop on! I like to get at least 30 minutes each session. The rest of the time (mon, wed, fri) I use my exercise/stability ball. I do this while she's in school and her sister is napping. I still get a little sweaty but not as much as when I'm on the treadmill! lol I felt so guilty for not exercising last week (was really ill with a nasty cold) that I forced myself on my ball Thursday evening. I just had to do SOMETHING!! I actually lost a lot more weight last week then I thought I would but that's probably cuz I was living on soup, crackers and OJ! I've become addicted to exercise! I love how good I feel afterwards and I have a feeling I'll want to keep doing it even after I've reached my goal weight. I wish everyone the best of luck!! Oh yeah, and I weigh myself first thing every Saturday morning.

Well I'm meeting with a personal trainer today. I need someone to help push me, and someone to help come up with a routine for me to do. He is going to give me things I can do there and things I can do at home. I explained to him I have 4 children, DH works nights and a swing shift at that, and I have an in home daycare, so time is limited.
