I am back and ready to start losing this weight.. i have some bad I gained about 8 lbs. I tell you so much stress I think is going on with me.. But right now me and DH are on a fast (no meat, no bread, no sweet for 21 days) today is day 7 and I feel GREAT.. I will be starting my exersise again today.. I am back at 215 I had to get that out).. But I am determined to lose this weight before my babies 2nd bday July 5th, I want to lose at least 40 lbs.. I am going to do it

Pamela together we will do it girl, hang in there!

Well I am up 4lbs in the time I have been taking a break and all in all given what I have been eating that's not too bad! I am getting back into the groove today and I started my cal counting as well. I hope to lose 40lbs between now and September and I think that is pretty reasonable as I lost 30lbs the past 9 months. Anyways I am back on track and feeling good about it. I can't wait to start our new challenge, I am going to try to post it by end of day today if I can find time between deep cleaning the house and taking care of the kids!

You girls can do it!!! I know you can. I'll be joining back on the weightloss train probably sometime in July. Hopefully BFing will give me a kickstart with that.

Just trying to eat healthy right now and will be following my points more closely starting this week. Got my 1 & 2 Mile Easy Walk dvd back from my mom, so I have that to do once I get the ok from my doc today. I go in at 4:20 this afternoon for a check up. Hope I'm not up more than a pound since my last visit. Got to remember to take my blue check-up stats card. I've forgotten it the last two times. First time I had changed purses. 2nd time I left it on the fridge. Can you say "PG Brain"? Sometimes I have it bad. Going to try to slip in a nap. Been listening for Ava to stop jabbering in her room - to indicate she finally nodded off.

gained 4lbs then lost 3 since new year so stayed the same really (well plus one )

OK, I had a great doctor's appt - good BP, no biopsy needed from my colpo today, heard the (140-something/min) and only gained 2.5 pounds from the holidays! Got the go ahead to start back up on my WATP workouts!!! So excited about that. I go back in a week for my amnio (Tues, Jan 15th) then the wait for results.

So tomorrow is a reorganizing day for me in my bedroom, so I can move the crib to my room for baby (I know it's early but easier to move it around now than when I'm big bellied .) and the changing table as well to make room for Ava's new toy box, organizer storage shelf and other big Christmas items - to get them out of the livingroom. I will still manage to get in my 1 mile workout at some point. My mom is watching Ava all day - so I can still get a nap too. for naps!

OK I'm off to bed. Hoping for lots of energy tomorrow and focus to get my stuff finished.
