Weekly Challenge
Bonus
~ Every Monday I will start a thread and you must announce your personal goal for that particular week. Your personal goal must be either food or exercise related and something that you would normally have difficulties meeting. For every day that you meet your personal goal during the week please give yourself 10 bonus points. Remember if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself!
Weigh-In
~ On Monday there will be a thread started, please report your weight and for every pound lost give yourself 2 points.
~ On Monday's please measure your waist and hips as well and for every inch lost please give yourself 1 point.
Diet & Nutrition
~ 1 point for every 1 cup of water up to 8 cups, every cup after that is worth 2 points
~ For very serving of fruit eaten give yourself 1 point.
~ For every serving of vegetables eaten please give yourself 1 point.
~ If you stay within your daily recommended caloric intake for weight lose or your alloted points for Weight Watchers please give yourself 5 points.
Exercise
~ 2 points for every 10 minutes of regular walking walking
~ 3 points for every 10 minutes or every 1/2 mile of light aerobics
~ 4 points for every 10 minutes or 1/2 mile of hard vigorous aerobics
~ 1 point for every rep of 10 for upper arm exercises
~ 1 point for every rep of 10 for lower body exercise
~ For any other exercises please give yourself 1 point for every 10 minutes or every repetition of 10.
Extras
~ Every day you post on the daily chatter thread please give yourself 1 point (must be posted the same day as it is).
~ Every day you post your daily totals on the weekly challenge thread please give yourself 1 point (must be posted the same day as it is).
~ Every time you take the stairs at work or the department store or apartment building rather than the elevator or escalator please give yourself 1 point for every time you go up.
~ Every time you park at the back of a parking lot at a store and walk the entire parking lot please give yourself 1 point per parking lot.
~ If you eat 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables please give yourself 5 points.
~ At the end of the week after totaling all your scores if you have exceeded your previous weeks score please give yourself 10 points.
~ From time to time I will post extra bonus threads, please keep your eyes open and if you answer it and get it right first then you can add your bonus points here.
